• Fully erect - perhaps first thing in the morning would be a good time.
• Measure the penis horizontally, from the base to the tip along the top of the penis.
• For the greatest accuracy, take the average of three measurements taken at different times. (That's average, not maximum fellas)
• Hopefully over time this survey will give an indication of the average human penis size.
